Your photographer
Experience with the details that matter.
I’m Ron Stark, owner of Homes In Motion. With 21 years of real estate photography experience, I help agents and homeowners present their properties with clear, carefully composed visuals.
Before your condo shoot, tell me about the suite’s exposure, the views you want to highlight, and any special finishes or amenities. We can plan the coverage around the property and your marketing needs.
A little planning makes the appointment smoother.
Share the unit number, concierge or entry instructions, parking arrangements, and access details for any common areas you would like photographed. Have the suite ready before the appointment, including balconies and terraces.

Planning your Toronto condo shoot
Do you photograph smaller condos as well as penthouses?
Yes. The photography service is available for Toronto condos of different sizes. Choose the photo package that suits the suite and the areas you want to include.
Can you show the view through the windows?
Yes. Hand-blended HDR photography helps balance the interior and the view outside. Tell me which outlooks are key selling features so we can consider the light and timing when planning your shoot.
Can you photograph the amenities?
Shared amenities can be included in the shoot plan where access and building rules allow. Please arrange permission and access in advance, and tell me which spaces you would like covered.
Is a premium floor plan included?
Yes. A premium floor plan is included with every photoshoot, including the $220 package for 15 photos. It includes room measurements, fixed furniture, and a total square footage estimate.
When will my photos be ready?
Photos are delivered the next business day before noon. Friday photoshoots are delivered on Sunday. Video, floor plans, and virtual edits may take longer.
